Kashlaf Militia
The Kashlaf Militia is led by Mohammed Kashaf, ako "al-Qasab". He controls the area of northern Zawiya, Libya that surrounds the Zawiya refinery. He is the commander of the Petroleum Facility Guards (PFG) of the Zawiya oil refinery. He is a known human trafficker, drug smuggler, and engages in other criminal activities as well.
He has frequent clashes with other militia leaders in the Zawiya area, to include rival groups from the Al-Shurafa tribe. Many of these conflicts revolve around competition for lucrative criminal networks, fuel smuggling, arms trafficking, and the drug trade.
